The red LED on the top of the unit will be turned ON, Indicating proper power connection. Otherwise check the connection to the Ac-Dc adapter. Press the CHECK button, the alarm should give a loud beep, indicating the electronics is working properly. For adult entry, press the PASS button. The unit will allow the door be opened for 7 seconds without triggering the alarm. If the gate or the door is opened for over 7 seconds, the alarm will trigger. To reset the alarm press the PASS/RESET button. the alarm is now back to standby mode. Hardening takes place in 20 to 30 minutes at which time Pool Repair Putty can be drilled, tapped, sanded, or painted. Application Directions: Break or cutoff required potion of material. Twist and knead in hands until uniform color is achieved.
