Hasa Soda Ash 68084 RAISES POOL WATER pH AND ALKALINITY DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To raise pH:HASA SODA ASH increases pH in swimming swimming pools. Measure pH in swimming swimming pool water with an accurate test kit. Ideal pH range is 7.2-7.6. When the pH is below 7.2, add HASA SODA ASH at the rate of one (1) pound per 10,000 gallons. Add HASA SODA ASH by sprinkling over the surface of the water at the deep end of the swimming pool while filter and pump are running. Do not add more than two (2) pounds at one time. Wait 4-6 hours and retest pH. Repeat if necessary. To raise Alkalinity:HASA SODA ASH will raise total alkalinity. Measure total alkalinity with a test kit designed for this purpose.
