Shocktrine non-chlorine shock oxidizer is a 100% potassium monopersulfate granular that destroys non-filterable organic contaminants such as cosmetics, perspiration, hairspray, suntan oil, urine, and leaves. It prevents the formation of combined chlorine that causes skin and eye irritation, cloudiness and odors.

Tips:

Shock oxidize with Shocktrine non-chlorine shock oxidizer whenever swimming pool water appears excessively cloudy, has an unpleasant chlorine odor or causes eye or skin irritation. Add Shocktrine non-chlorine schok oxidizer after heavy rain storms to destroy dirt, debris and other contaminants found in rainfall. This product is intended only for shock oxidizing swimming pool water. It is not a disinfectant and does not replace the need for the regular application of a sanitizer.

Compatible With:

Chlorine, bromine and ozone sanitizers. Do not use with swimming pools sanitized with biguanide products.

Applications:

Normal:

• Maintaining continuous swimming pool circulation, distribute required amount of Shocktrine in the deep end of the swimming pool.
  For swimming pools with light swimming usage, apply 1 lb. Shocktrine per 10,000 gallons of swimming pool water every two weeks. For swimming pools with heavy swimming usage, apply 1 lb. Shocktrine per 10,000 gallons weekly.
