Automatic Water Leveler Sentry M-3000The Pool Sentryis used to maintain the water level of a swimming pool, spa or pond automatically and unattended. When The Pool Sentryis removed from the box, it is easily assembled by snapping together two parts and threading in the valve assembly. This requires no tools. It comes with a heavy plastic, sealable bag that is filled with rocks or pea gravel and used as a weight to hold the unit on the deck. The bag is placed inside the cavity by removing the top cover. It is then attached to a garden hose and the water is turned on. Shipping The Pool Sentrywith the bag empty reduces the weight of the package. The water stays on at all times when The Pool Sentryis in the swimming pool. As the float drops, the water turns on. When the float reaches its highest point, the water shuts off. It works very similarly to the float valve in a toilet tank. It’s simple and easy-to-adjust float valve assembly is accurate and maintenance-free. Auto-Lev is constructed of durable high-impact plastic and sports a commercial grade, all-brass float assembly. The plumbing port is a standard 1/2″ female slip. The equalizer lines are 1″ or 1-1/2″ female slip. The top access lid is available in tan, white or gray to best fit your application. It also has a new accessory extension collar (4058) that raises the ring and lid 1″.
